Glen Meadows is located out on the Saanich Peninsula about 30 minutes north of Victoria. It is certainly one of the longer courses on Vancouver Island, and subsequently very difficult for those with only a short game. It has four sets  of tees, one suitable for every level of play. From the front tees it can be played as one of the shortest 18 hole courses in the area! Hazards have been intelligently placed to channel rather than corral your golf shots. The course is a good option for those who prefer a less hilly terrain. From the Blues the course measures an incredible 6859 yards, with a rating of 73.3 and a slope of 130. Glen Meadows´ members pride themselves in personally keeping the course in top condition. One may often see a group of members out on the course constantly improving the fairways and greens. Unlike most clubs Glen Meadows is still privately owned. The Criddle family continues to work together to maintain and improve the facilities. Throughout the summers you will find three generations working side by side to provide a permanent green belt of enjoyment to all those who participate at the facilities.
